Quote for Bathroom extractor fan installation, ideally installing a higher end fan, like the "Silent Tornado ST100HJ with Humidstat timer" in our bathroom at Langham Road, N15, near Turnpike Lane tube. I think the existing fan is 4 inchs but would need to be checked.

Remove current porch ceiling security light fitting, and extend wiring approx 20 inches to brick outer wall, and fit new replacement light. Move battery operated ring doorbell from front door to brick wall

Remove the old in built oven and install the new inbuilt oven
