Remove existing ceiling rose (ordinary white plastic bog standard one) And replace with new light fitting. Property is less than 20years old so modern. Light fitting is a matter of a few feet away from the rcd unit/box. Ceiling is not very high at all as modern property. Ideally I would like it doing on Friday 17th May or over that weekend.
