I have a wooden bathroom vanity unit (mahogany effect) that is rotting near the tap that spills water onto it. Instead of replacing the unit (I can't find a match) I'm looking for someone to take off the top and affix a new wooden piece, and then stain and coat with tough yacht varnish. Also replace the tap with a longer mixer tap, to prevent spillage.
