Hello, We’ve recently moved into a new house and are hoping to have some storage built in the existing space under the stairs to best utilise it. The height is approx. 210-220cm (depending on where it would go to), the width is 200 and the depth is 86cm. I’ve can send some pictures of the space or are happy to welcome someone to come and view it in person, and I can also send some ideas of the type of thing we’d be looking for. Generally, there’d be a mixture of drawers and cupboard space - the tallest partition would be a cupboard used for hoovers, mops, ironing board etc and hanging coats. Then some of the space would be used for shoes and for children’s toys, so thought drawers would suit (either full pull out drawers built in or set in the space with a door to cover them) and we’d be looking for 3-4 separately partitioned sections. Hello! I am looking to have new flooring installed across about 60m2. I have chosen engineered wood that is labelled ‘DIY friendly.’ I also will need new skirting installed. I would like the floor to be laid continuously, as far as possible. Three of the rooms and the hallway have the old skirting still in place, it would be great to have a quote for if I removed this myself, versus you removing this for me. (I more carpentry jobs that I would like done in the future including an old wooden floor that needs restoring). Best wishes.
