I am looking for a carpenter who can repair a loft ladder, the ladder is a wooden ladder that splits into three parts. The wood is in good condition but the bolts have come out of the hinges. Failing that, I would be looking for a replacement ladder to be fitted. Can send pictures

I have 4 planks of African Rosewood which need thicknessing (one plank is a couple mm thicker than the others but they prob all need to be checked) and edges planed flat. Each plank is approx 1.8 metres long by 150 to 155mm wide. I think its a quick job if you have the right tools.

3 x bay box sash windows : - each one of the 3 bays has a canopy, and an external wooden frame that sits on top of the masonry - each one of the 3 bays has got 3 windows, each window has 2 sashes The job - most of the work is on the external wooden frames & canopies as some rot, sashes need tlc and swap a couple to double glazing.
