Not exactly sure what the issue is but the floor near the boiler is making squelchy noises (sounds like water is under the floor) and i think this is probably related to the boiler and some knob that just needs tightening.

I live in an electric only flat, so have an electric boiler. Please can I have a quote to repair my boiler, as our hot water has stopped working.
Property company seeks installation of Main Baxi 25kw combi boiler. Currently have an electric boiler in cupboard with hot water tank which both need to come out. New boiler will go in kitchen in location of the original boiler (before being removed for the electric one). Gas & water pipes & gas meter in place. I can supply boiler, flue, wireless stat & magnaclean. Ground floor flat in SL3 0RE. A further eight will need doing in the short/medium term elsewhere.

Kitchen waste water is not flowing and it's completely blocking the water flow.
I have an immersion cylinder unvented from Ariston that one of the heating elements doesn't work and the part (I believe it's a sensor. It has a red knob) at the top of the cylinder has stopped working and water keeps running out and the water never heats up to temperature because water water keeps coming into the cylinder.
