"Both spindles on the same radiator are dripping. I'm not a plumber but I think it's leaked before (existing corrosion) and they were shut off by previous owner but now the seals have degraded further. It's got copper pipes (entire system is oil heating) and the radiator is at the top of the house...." - GU32, job posted 24/10/26

"Phase 1: Remove old bathroom 3 piece suite (toilet, basin and bath). A new floor can then be fitted. Phase 2: Install a new 3 piece suite (toilet, basin and bath) and possibly an Aqualisa shower with water pump in the loft. Additionally, I may require an outside garden tap fitted. To be discussed." - PETERSFIELD, job posted 04/09/26
