Replace 1 Hip rafter, 1 Valley rafter, 20 rafters, and install 6 roof windows, all materials supplied.

Moving a kitchen door to my bedroom. At the min just under 30inches on the kitchen, Moving to other door would need a tiny amout plained off.

Replace / repair skirting board in alcove on two walls / corner in living room.

10ft long by 8ft side log cabin with porch needs taking down 31st august or 2nd 3rd 4th or 5th September then moving from Crewe 3.5 miles away, it will require a timber frame base as currently on concrete and then needs to be put back up with a felt roof.

Install approx 120ft2 of kitchen/utility laminate flooring (there is a step between the two rooms). Install skirts, and arcs to 1 door (arc. needs building out slightly as room has been boarded and skimmed). Box in consumer unit, will need fixings for flooring eg for door step.

Box in electric box and gas meter under stairs .
