Loft is fully boarded. We would like Kingspan or similar installing between the roof rafters. We would like a warm (not cold) install. And wants to be taped up/watertight obviously. We don't need insulation under the floor, it's all been done. It would be great if once the insulation is installed, it could be plasterboarded over and skimmed, however not a deal breaker. We want to use the room as a hobby room. We would also like a couple of velux windows installing in the roof, again, not a deal breaker. Please see photos.
