We'd like insulate cavity walls above the conservatory and if possible in the solid wall at the front of the property? Insulate with board foam the walls of the bedrooms (heaves) in the upper floor and the loft, the sides of the loft. Apparently what we have right now is enough but there is no insulation down the walls. The house has the shape of a chalet.

I have an area of 7ft by 10ft that needs to concreted, also I have a water feature that needs to be removed and filled and then tiled on top, also all the slabs in the garden need to be repointed.

I think the cement fillet has cracked around the pot on the chimney.needs renewing please.

When looking at rear roof from the outside there appears to be a gap below the ridge tile. Apologise for my poor explanation but I am female and 82 years old.
