Cement loose and falling off edges or roof, garage roof and extension roof. Cappings were re-cemented several years ago. End of garag and extension need racking out and re-pointing.

An aerial chimney fixing kit needs to be put up around the chimney, with a metal pole to be attached to it. The anemometer will already be placed on top of the pole by myself, all that will be required is to twist it so it faces north, therefore a phone compass will be required to find true north, but I can help with the general direction. I'll provide the chimney kit and the pole.
