I have been made redundant and will be moving out by 31st August, as have just given notice. I am going to stay with my parents in England initially, pending finding a new job. Therefore, I am looking for a quote for collection and storage of my furniture and other possessions. Once I have found a new job, I would provide the new address and would be looking for quotes for delivery to this new address. However, the new location unlikely to be in Scotland at this time. I have a number of interviews for various locations in England, but none in Scotland (yet). I live in a 2 bedroom flat, but am looking to downsize my possessions before moving into storage. Primarily, disposing of my large amount of books and DVDs. The large furniture I have: 2 double beds and mattresses; a dresser; 2 piece living room suite; chest of drawers; 2 bedside tables; dining room table; desk; tv stand; blanket box and storage locker. I live on the 4th floor. There is a lift, but about 10 steps below the entrance to the block.
