Skimming job for extension

Property need 3 rooms plastering and skimming for ceiling and walls. Maybe some design work too.

Fitting gypsum coving (purchased) to a 4m x 4m room. Require an early date please due to planned decorating.

To prep walls for painting. Requires filling in, sanding and making walls smooth.

Skim media wall 2.5 metres by 1 metres

Bedroom and downstairs extension need to be plastered and boarded

Skim kitchen ceiling and walls, small kitchen

A bathroom plastered

Rendering Cracks in the rendering and leakage inside house coming from rendering

Same as before. Unable to edit the previous job, worst luck All the same as befoe EXCEPT budget is up to £150 per worket per day. 2 workers = £300 per day etc
