Check the pipes, a very stinking toilet. I don't have any idea where the smell comes from, but the toilet smells so horrible, all the house smells bad due to it.

Plug hole on kitchen sink corroded causing leakage into cupboard underneath sink and tap dripping.

Worktop is being changed in kitchen, but unable to remove sink as some of the pipes seemed to be welded on, require pipes to be unwelded/cut, so that sink can be removed
