Replace shower mixer, replace basin tap, unblock bath and basin plug holes.

take out gas cooker and install new one
Outside kitchen Drain is oveflowing. Needs unblocking. Inspection cover is only 3-4 feet away so easy to clear.
Fit a kitchen mixer tap as the old one is broken.

Remove old and install integrated dishwasher, also replace ballcock in water tank to stop constant drip from overflow pipe outside
