heating staying on constantly

Fit boiler - Vaillant system boiler ECO TEC 618 ( exact same model replacement - labour only )

Many rads cooler at the bottom and hot at top and sides. Long time to heat up all radiators and only partially hot.

HEAT EXCHANGE UNIT INSTALLTION Apologies. Actually this was a "false"diagnosis by a so called Gas Safe Engineer "who Totally misfired". The issue had nothing to do with the Heat exchange. I'm not sure why he made that to be the problem. Very disappointed. Thank you for responding anyway.
