Fit new banister and spindles for staircase in Victorian terrace. There is one full staircase and one half staircase with two landings and the banister and spindles cover this whole area. The current spindles are fitted very badly. I'd like to replace them. The current banister looks ok but I'm interested in potentially replacing that as well - would like to discuss if possible. Thanks!

Hi, I would like to get a quote for a fitted bedroom which will include wardrobe, desk, and shelves. I am an interior designer and the quote is for my client based in E3. - The wardrobe will be in a corner, being 1200 mm on one side and 1830 mm on the other side with hinged doors. Height is 2470 mm - The desk will be 600 mm deep and 2700 mm long. The idea is that 1100 mm of it can swirl perpendicularly to the wall that it will be against. Plus 3 shelves also on the same length. Thanks! Camila

The previous workers did a really poor job regarding adding a new wire under the floor and passing the wire (and socket) through the kitchen island. They damaged the wooden floor and some parts of the window frame under the French windows where the electrician put a new wire; the floor now is a bit uneven because the wire underneath is a bit too thick. Now the new work to be done includes opening and replacing 3-5 pieces of wooden flooring (20cm*50cm each) and you might need to reduce the thickness of some of the planks to make the floor even. Before fixing the floor, you need to break down parts of the kitchen island in order to lay down the wire and resurface the wooden floor. The cracks in the wooden part of the frame under the French window also need to be repaired or replaced. Please see the pictures below. Please email us if you need any further information in order to provide us with a firm price. I would be a grateful if you could provide me with a fully itemised quote, including the costs of all materials, labour and tax. We look forward to hearing from you. Thanks

My living room door does not shut. It previously had a perko concealed door closer which was taken out, it now just swings open and doesn't close. Not sure if I need a new handle and latch. Also need a new piece of elevated floor trim. At the moment there is a piece of wood that is on the edge of the kitchen floor and it is falling apart.

I am looking for a carpenter/joiner to come on-site to cut, mitre, glue and pin my dado rail into 19x wall frames/panels in 2 rooms. I already have the dado rail on site and I want them them made into a wall frame/panel to go on the wall plus the dado rail itself. The measurements for the 19 panels are: 86 x 61cm = 11 79 x 61cm = 4 56 x 61cm = 3 41 x 61cm = 1
