I own a large studio with separate bathroom and kitchen which I intend to turn into a one bedroom property. The studio is on the top floor of a Victorian conversion that has three other flats. I own the attic space and the communal stairwell directly outside the flat front door. I intend to; 1. Move the front door to the bottom of the stairwell, creating more space in the flat. 2. Fit a new kitchen with plumbing in the current studio area creating a kitchen diner. 3. Knock down the wall between the bathroom and the kitchen to create a bedroom. 4. create a wet-room with shower and toilet / sink in the remaining space. 5.
