Oil boiler has developed problem. Turns on and runs for about 5mins then shuts off, then starts up again after about 10mins, runs then stops (ie no noise of working). None of the downstair radiators heating up only upstairs. Boiler is warm. This is an old style oil fueled boiler. Ideally looking for cost for someone to come and look at a fix and any potential costs if can diagnose from brief...
