We replaced our boiler January 2022. Today we have noticed a hole in our hallway ceiling which is directly below where the old boiler was. The hole is approx 8 cms round. We believe that over time there had been a leak which (now dry) has weakened the plasterboard. Can you please advise? Kind regards Janet Probyn

Rerun kitchen cooker extractor pipe under bedroom floor through floor beams. Holes would need to be cut in floor beams. Cut hole through house wall and fix vent to outer wall.

Hi, hope your all well. Basically I was robbed by a builder, his left the work half finished. Really could do with some help here, however need someone to start immediately!. I can only pay a daily rate of £180 per day. The Kitchen is half done aswell as the bathroom. 6 fire doors need hanging up with intermittent strips & hinges, & locks on, doors might need cutting. Handrail needs going up...
