Wall area net (less door voids and behind counter) = 16.56sqm - 3.26sqm - 2sqm = 11.3sqm. The hole in front of the cistern will have a removable ply panel which will need to be trimmed and tiled with a gap around to match the grout line elsewhere. There is a niche roughly 8cm deep in the shower area. The door frames will protrude 10-15mm and are to have an edge trim all round. The unprepared section of wall will be covered by a counter with sink and cupboards under and will not be tiled. Floor Gross floor area = 2.2m X 1.5m = 3.3sqm Net (less area under cupboards) floor area = 3.3sqm - 0.75sqm = 2.55sqm The Shower tray is an Elements Infinity 950mm X 1200mm wetroom former which requires the walls to be tiled first to create the line at the drain. There is no horizontal tile behind the drain. The wetroom former comes with a tapered Lustrolite strip to take care of the level change. The area of floor under the sink and cupboards need not be tiled (1.5m X 0.5m = 0.75sqm) if insufficient tiles are available. Tiles Are RAK ceramics 600mm X 300mm Stone Bone Porcelain floor and wall tiles. The tiles are 9.4mm thick with very little bevel (see pics) Trim Given the tiles are 9.4mm with very little bevel, I expect to need12.5mm trim. To surround the shower drain, the two doors and the inner and outer lip of the access panel will require 7 X 2.5m lengths of edge trim. To trim the niche will require 1 X 2.5m length of quadrant. I would like either stainless steel or anodised aluminium. Please advise if you prefer one over the other and if you would like to supply these directly, please include in your costs. Grout, spacers and adhesive. Please advise on the quantity of grout (grey), spacers and adhesive required or if you prefer to supply directly please include in your costs.
