Hi i wondered if you can give me a rough quote for tiling a kitchen floor. I have already ripped up old floor , bought the tiles ( did buy adhesive and grout as was going to attempt it myself but changed my mind ). The measurements for the kitchen from the sale advert for the house is 6'3" x 13'10"

Tiling behind shower needs redoing. The tiles were set on uneven wall originally, causing tiles to come loose and push away from the wall of the shower.

We recently had a new shower valve bar fitted because the old one sheared off within the bathroom wall. The plumber had to remove one tile, and cut out a square of the wood behind the tile, to get into the wall to fix the problem. The size of the removed tile is 33.5 cm x 42 cm with a depth of 12mm. We now have a large tile, 60cm x 60cm x 10mm, which is the nearest colour match we could find. Could you please email oliver@cahn.co.uk with an estimate for: 1. Put the wooden square measuring approx 25.5 cm x 31 cm back into the wall with a couple of small battens behind it to support the square but 2mm into the wall to compensate for the different tile depths. 2. Cut the new tile to size as above and fit it into the area of the old tile. 3. Grout the new tile. I have pictures of the area of the removed tile (covered with a black bin bag), the new tile across the bath and the piece of wood cut from the wall.
