Bathroom Fitter, After a leaking tap. The floor needs replacing / repairing and vinyl click flooring down. The wood underneath of flooring is damaged and will need to be replace with chip board of plywood. The vanity unit with a built in wash basin needs to be replaced. Pictures can be supplied.
