What happens if you leave a dripping tap?

If you leave a dripping tap, the biggest thing that will happen is that you’ll waste a lot of water. According to Water UK, just one dripping tap wastes at least 5,500 litres of water per year – enough to fill a paddling pool every week for the whole summer.
