Hopefully a quote for upto 5 jobs at same flat, needs a mix of skills 1) Bathroom Shower Cubicle. I attach a photo showing the plastic skirting board received a big knock on the corner. Are you able to obtain a replacement part and fit it ? Needs experienced bathroom fitter If it has to be a repair, are you able to make a neat job with a durable finish in same colour ? 2) Damage to walls As you walk into the main bedroom, the corner of the wall was hit, I assume by furniture being moved. - 2 photos attached. The damaged part needs to be made good and repainted in same shade of magnolia 3) Fridge-Freezer damage to 2 replaceable fittings : 1 salad crisper was repaired with tape by tenant a few tenancies back. The 2nd crisper now similarly damaged. Checkout text: "Now both salad crispers chipped to inside edge. Two sections missing to outside edge. Freezer additional drawer now cracked to bottom of handle". Are you able to obtain a quote to obtain replacements to the broken Salad Crisper and Freezer drawer from Frigidaire, or equivalent supplier ? I do not know the model number of the Frigidaire but it should be on a nameplate inside. I need the quote for just the 2 damaged items, but if available, best replace both damaged Salad Crispers. 4) 4 under cupboard unit strip lights with switches The Checkout states they no longer light up. If it was just blown bulbs that is TT responsibility to replace. But if all 4 are gone, although unlikely, it leads one to suspect there may be a fault with the supply to the unit ? Almost certainly the bulbs will be smaller than full size bayonets, I forget what type under-unit bulbs usually are, SES ? Seems OTT to have an electrican callout over this. Can you substitute at least 1 bulb to see if its the bulb or the supply, and then hopefully fix ? 5) Cleaning: removal of limescale in 2 bathrooms, remove burnt on grime around hobs
