We live in a new build house been here about 2 and a half years and our bottom toilet frequently blocks up it has had to be sorted over 7 times now. A plumber we recently hired said it was a drain issue and maybe the piping wasn't done correctly. He believes there is a blockage further down the pipes and it will need inspecting if you could help at all with that that would be great.

Not sure when bath is emptied it's just pouring out of overflow for a few hours

From the kitchen sink overflow outside, the outside grate take a while to clear often over-spilling onto the paving outside the kitchen window. Usually clears in less than 4 minutes but can't handle a full sink of water when unplugged.

Guttering leaking needs investigating

My drainpipe has come unattatched from the guttering, hense waters pooling on the paving and down the wall. Can anyone realight them and fix please?

Upon stripping back the room which is the kitchen, one section was concrete on top of soil used for backfilling, Upon excavation of the soil down to foundation notice that Shared drainage runs under the kitchen floor to my manhole, this drain pipe connects to next door loo leaking water badly, can see water leaking from joint whenever toilet is flush soaking in my foundation
