To Repair a breakage along the drain pipe for the kitchen sink and the washing machine. And the drain pipe also needs unblocking because before the pipe got broken, drain water from the washing machine used to overflow the drain pipe and water being spilled off on the floor of the kitchen. The pipe is located inside one of the kitchen cabinet’s cupboards.

Replace external soil pipe with upvc replacement with vent. Two bed terrace house. Not yet moved in - moving end Feb need rough quote for costs. Pipe from bathroom sink to soil pipe also needs replacing. Not sure if need drain specialist or plumber for job.

So my toilet is clogged. Might be cat litter. I'm not home, and have no idea what my flatmate has been putting down there. He's been plunging for days to no avail. This evening he booked some geezer who didn't bring a chain or a snake, plunged it a bit and then said he'd have to take it off the wall and charge another £350 on top of the £95 he took for doing what my flatmate had done already. It felt like Chelsea Tax so I told him where to stick it. I get that it's nasty work but I'm very used to people slapping on an extra ton when they see the postcode and then trying to persuade me to change the taps etc. It gets my back up. If it has to come off then I'll pay a fair rate, of course. This needs solving. And there's a refurb coming up so a relationship with someone honest would be good in both directions. I've used Dean Presland before and he's solved big things for me so I trust him. It's an old mansion block. It's an old toilet. I don't want it replacing. I hate the fact my flatmate has had a blocked loo for a week. Need to sort this out. Parking is free after half six. RBKC permit required before then. Will have to arrange with my flatmate to get in. Thursday morning might work. Don't quote if you're gonna try to upsell.

Hello. While draining washing machine, dirty water backs up in my shower tray and generally water drains slow in sink/basin. The pipe in question is tiled over making disassembly for cleaning impossible. The blockage is no further than 3m from shower and basin waste . What is the cost for jetting the blockage through please?
