Looking for a day rate, plus materials. Budget a bit tight so looking at 1 to 1.5 days depending on how much is achievable. Happy to get plaster delivered so it's ready to start. Walls have been stripped of old paper. Job involves skimming of a... 6m x 3.50m ceiling 4x 2m wall 1.80 x 2m wall Around 1 window 60cm each side 2m high. There are a few other bits 2 other small ceilings but obviously all depends on how much can be done in the day or so.
Three areas in total, 1 area needs boards and plastering/skimming. Other two areas just need plastering. All work in a new build so still concrete floors and no door frames or windows to worry about. Area 1: Dot and Dab a wall 20m long, wall is 3.6m high but plasterboards only needs to go to 2.4m. Bottom half of plaster boards (1.2m) will have tiles, top half (1.2m) needs to be plastered/skimmed so i can paint it. Tiles have not been installed yet. Area 2: plaster a 25m (approx) wall, wall is 3.2m tall. Wall already has plaster boards screwed on but needs plastering/skimming. Bottom of plaster boards (1.2m) will have tiles, rest (2m) needs to be plastered/skimmed so i can paint. Tiles have not been installed yet. Area 3: Five individual square rooms. Perimeter of each rooms approx 12m, (3x4) and walls are 3m high. No windows. Plasterboards have already been screwed to the walls. Doors have not been installed yet. Bottom part (2.4m) of plasterboards will have cladding and top part (0.6m) needs to be plastered/skimmed.
Plasterboard Kitchen ceiling 3.8m x 3.2m, does not need to be skimmed but all joints and nail should be covered ready for painting.
Repair wall and ceiling where small non-bearing wall removed in kitchen, skim walls where kitchen equipment removed - I will be there next week if we can meet and agree work to do (when you are available)

Hi, We recently had sky to do an install and they drilled through 2 water pipes, resulting in an emergency plumber coming out and having to make a large hole in the wall to fix the pipes, this was fixed but now we are of course left with a big hole in the wall and would like to get a quote on the cost of filling and skimming it to patch it up, I can send photos if this would help.
