Weekly clean, 2 to 3 hours, of communal areas of purpose built block of flat, comprising 4 blocks as follows: Blocks 1, 3 and 4 comprise 2 flats on the ground floor and 2 flats on the first floor, accessed via a single staircase with small landing about 1m x 3m. Block 2 comprises 2 flats on ground floor, 2 flats on the first floor and a penthouse flat on the 2nd floor, accessed via a single protected staircase with fire doors separating the flats on the lower levels. A rear door with glass infill is also provided on the lower level. There are ventilation windows on the first and second landings. Block 4 is a standalone block separated from Block 3 by the private access road, but is identical in layout to blocks 1 and 3. All Communal areas comprise brick walls with concrete tiled stairs and floors throughout. A number of non-slip mats are provided in each area. There is no hot or cold water available in any Communal area and this would need to be obtained from Flats. Role: to clean Communal areas in Blocks 1 to 4, to include, but not limited to, the following: • Dusting and cleaning of overheads. • Door overhead sills in Block 1,3 and 4. • Hand rails and picture frames. • Windows and window sills on 1st / 2nd floors of Block 2. • Internal glass infill’s on all access doors (5 in total). • Glass infills in protected stair wells in Block 2. • Clean all dust mats and door access mats. • Clean and wet wipe floor.
