My mother has been diagnosed with a serious illness, and I would like to arrange to have a toilet fitted downstairs in her house. There is a large closet downstairs next to the kitchen area but inside the kitchen room, which I believe would be ideal for the installation. It is certainly large enough for a single toilet and sink. I am unaware of the plumbing arrangements of the house, but as the toilet is located close to the kitchen I cant see it being too difficult. There is no place for a window as the room borders the next house, so an extraction fan system would have to be installed too. I would consider having the floor and walls (tiles) done too to complete the bathroom function aesthetically. The job is not urgent but I would like it to be completed within the next month or two.

Hi, 2 x 3m bathroom, needs a bit of titillation as the shower has caused the floor and vanity unit to become damp. Work as follows: 1. Remove existing tiled flooring (it's already loose) together with bath panel, vanity unity & basin. 2. Temporarily remove WC pan. 2.
