Hi, I'm looking to have someone take a look at our toilet and shower please. The toilet doesn't flush well (I've checked the water level, it's not that) and takes about 7 attempts, and our shower head keeps leaking because the shower on/off twist cog mechanism doesn't fully switch off the water. Is this something you can assist with?

No water flowing from the warm taps. It was at like 20 percent rate yesterday now its nothing. Cold water taps run fine

My radiators are not heating fully - warm and still able to touch them - not piping hot as they should be. I have bled the rads and tried to increase the pressure on the Valliant boiler, but that hasn't worked. Would like someone to take a look and get it hot again.

I have a slight blockage in my condensation pipe of the boiler which means that every few days it is all backed up and the boiler trips off.
