I have already purchased 10 new fence panels as a friend was going to do it but he has let me down. My panel fencing has buckled over 11 years due to my applying manure on a flower bed. It is a 3 sided garden fence about 6 ft high, only the back third of the fencing is buckled. I didn’t notice because it’s only visible from the walkway on the other side, but it looks like a storm will bring it down, I don’t know. It is two long panels with a centre post.
