Hi. We had the kitchen and breakfast room knocked through some 12 years ago. Kitchen has a solid floor, breakfast room suspended floor on rafters installed by builders - oak t&g layed over both as one seamless floor. Suspended floor has started to sink - now about an inch under the skirting in areas. Obviously the timbers installed by previous not up to the job or poorly fixed in place. Needs sorting by someone who knows what they're doing this time.
