Hello, I am Allan. I have run Allan Rowe Property Services since September 2014. I am based in Newton Le Willows and provide a wide range of property repairs and small building projects. I cover the majority of Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and The High Peak. I am a qualified Master Bricklayer and Builder I have worked in the Construction Industry for over thirty years, both as a bricklayer and general builder. I am also a qualified Tutor, having spent eight years at the Manchester College of Building, teaching brickwork. I have worked on all aspects of construction, including restoration, refurbishment, and new build. I have worked on projects such as the restoration of The Cage at Lyme Park and the rebuilding of the terracotta spires on Our Lady and the Apostles Church in Stockport. I only ever do one job at time, which means I'll be working on your job everyday from start to finish. Most importantly I never ask for any upfront payments, only when the job is complete will l then invoice you.
