We need a floor in a commercial kitchen dismantled, lifted including removal of tiles and vinyl flooring. The floor then needs to be reboarded, leveled including a floor drain put in, ready for a flooring company to reinstall commercial vinyl flooring. The area we are talking about is roughly 50 sq metres.
