The property is a flat in Dawes Rd in Hammersmith and Fulham. There are parking bays for pay and display around the corner The front door to the flat opens outwards but it needs to open inwards, as a normal door would. The existing door, door brackets and locks will be used, I can supply new door jams. It's a matter of removing the door jams (two vertical and one across the top of the inside of the door frame), then putting the door hinges on the other way around, recessing the door hinges in new position on the inside of the door frame and then replacing the three door jams. Then filling the old lock holes (two) and making two new lock holes. I don't need it to be repainted. To be clear the door will still be hinged on the same right side of the door frame (when looking at the door from the inside of the flat), but it will open inwards rather than outwards. There is enough clearance for the door to open inwards. Hope that makes sense.
