Hello, I am looking to remove two wall lamps and substitute them with new ones, this week. Could you help?

All lights in bathroom are not working. There are 4 down lights in total. Managed to change 3 bulbs but the 4th fitting is too tight to open. I suspect that the dimmer switch which also has the switch for the extractor fan has a fault as all lots were lost at the same time. Also require a double plug socket to be swapped
