The company was born out of Louise Pepper’s frustrations with the ‘conveyor belt’ approach practised across the industry. 7 years’ experience in the corporate world convinced her the only way she would be able to deliver the levels of service she felt clients deserved was to rip up the traditional rule book and create her own model. “Bespoke Financial Planning” sums up exactly what Louise wanted to achieve for her clients: independent, individual, tailored advice. She knew she had got it right when clients from her previous employment began to track her down: her commitment to personalised financial planning struck a chord with individuals dissatisfied with the ‘one size fits all’ approach of other firms. We are proud to be Chartered Financial Planners, a qualification held by only 10% of advisers in the UK; to retain Chartered status, we must continually update our knowledge and adhere to a strict code of ethics. In addition, we hold the advanced Pension Transfer Specialist qualification (AF3), enabling us to provide advice on the suitability of all Occupational and Final Salary Pension transfers.
