About RAW Concrete

With an interest in architecture and interior design I’ve always enjoyed being creative with RAW materials and building something different.Having 20 years experience in the building trade I was looking for a new route in my working life. Something that gave me more creative freedom on a daily basis and something that I could be more passionate about.When I started playing around with concrete for my own kitchen refurbishment I soon realised it was the right medium for me. Using my previous knowledge of concrete and trowel skills combined with carpentry it ticked all the boxes.So the journey began.It wasn’t long until I asked Gary to jump on board. Knowing he had a background in fine art picture framing and carpentry skills, the same taste in design and a passion to make bespoke furniture. RAW Concrete was born.Our aim is to bring bespoke one off pieces to your business or home. Something to enjoy that will inspire you, but also has a practical use. Whether it be tables, worktops, walls, floors, furniture or wet rooms.
