Vines Construction Ltd is a young, enthusiastic, and positive company providing a wide range of building services covering all the Hertfordshire postcodes but predominantly across Stevenage and Hitchin. We undertake all types and size of residential construction work from simply freshening up a room with a coat of paint, building a new extension through to a complete building renovation. A particular area of expertise for the team is creating open plan living spaces.

We offer a complete design and construction service for all our projects and also work as sub-contractors collaborating with architects.

We believe that establishing the needs of the client is key to achieving construction excellence and therefore provide a thorough consultation service at the beginning of every project. This ensures that the project requirements are clearly defined so that the supply chain is involved at the earliest appropriate stage to provide the best project outcome.

Vines Construction Ltd was nominated by a senior surveyor at North Hertfordshire Building Control for the LABC (Local Authority Building Control) Building excellence 2020 award. We were very pleased to be considered for the nomination and then absolutely delighted when we won. We feel very proud of the achievement, it was very unexpected, but we were grateful for the nomination and felt humbled by the experience.
