Our building services company Z&S Construction has evolved from a family with a strong building background. Having been a sole trader, and team leader within the construction industry for over 10 years, I decided to build my own team and execute my passion for building by creating a business that is now firmly established in Dollis Hill. Since then, we have been helping customers throughout London and the surrounding areas, providing professional, trustworthy building services.

We have extensive knowledge and specialise in extensions and loft conversions. We also have a high portfolio of kitchen and bathroom installations. We pride ourselves on quality work with a massive emphasis on making a clients’ vision come to life.

Each contractor that works for Z&S Construction is fully qualified and insured and delivers on timekeeping, quality of work and value. In addition, we are affiliated with CITB Construction Industry Training Board , which is a professional body created to uphold best practice within the building industry. In addition, we hold First Aid at Work Certification.
