About Durrant Construction Limited

Durrant Construction was formed in 2012 by Luke Durrant. Luke has been in the building trade for over 15 years and has had substantial experience in working on a number of domestic and commercial projects. Based in Chelmsford, we cover Essex and all surrounding areas.

Durrant Construction has already built up an excellent reputation. Despite having not advertised previously we remain constantly in demand for our services, "word of mouth" recommendations providing the majority of our work and proving our biggest selling point.

As a company we aim to fulfil our client's wishes as much as we can and are always polite, punctual, tidy, efficient and respectful of those affected by our works. We keep our clients fully informed throughout the contract and are always available to talk and discuss matters should they arise.

All quotations are free and upon agreeing a price the client will receive a fully itemised written quotation, listing their staged payments. No money changes hands until after the 1st stage has been completed. To help you with the planning and design process we are happy to recommend Architects and Engineers. We work with the client and will do as little or as much as requested i.e. structural/groundworks to fully finished and decorated.
