A.S Electrics, Technology & Maintenance is a professional family business focussing on domestic electrical installation (Part P/17th Edition Qualified), security systems including CCTV, home automation and home maintenance services. We believe in ensuring our clients are comfortable and happy with the work being carried out and provide fully transparent pricing.

We have 3 main service lines:

Electrics - We specialize in domestic electrical installation(Part P/17th Edition Qualified), CCTV, intruder alarm installations

Technology - We focus on home automation including Nest and Hive installation and are registered Nest Pro Installers.

Maintenance - We also carry out property maintenance services to give our customers a complete service such as hanging mirrors/paintings, furniture assembly, furniture repair, TV mounting and also customised furniture builds.

Our General Approach:
- We prefer to make site visits. Clearly understand what you want and are comfortable on what we propose
- We provide a variety of free estimates depending on the discussion we have on the on site visit
- The estimate provides a full breakdown of materials and labour cost.
- We want to make sure you're comfortable and happy with the installation before we leave. Our success is based on your satisfaction of the job

Specific to our Electrics and Technology lines we also:
- Bring samples of equipment with us when related to security installations i.e. recording devices, cameras and even the cable. This allows you to see what you're going to have installed before the installation date
- Provide post installation support making sure you're comfortable with the operation of the equipment and that it's working as you want it to.
- Have maintenance contracts for ongoing support
