Wild garden

I’d like to create a ‘wild’ space in a small rectangular urban garden which currently consists of a small lawn surrounded by narrow beds on 3 sides and decking on one side. I was thinking about wilding one corner of the garden. Not sure there will be much of an effect as it’s a small place. Any suggestions?
