Bicycle tyre Marks on linoleum flooring

I have heavy tyre marks on Lino flooring nothing seems to erase it is there a way it could be removed.

I have tried a couple of things and both of them worked. 1 tyre cleaner from Halfords (spray ) 2 wd40 with a green sponge
