“Used their services over the weekend, spotted they left with a bag of my daughter's soft toys. I contacted them and they said they'd be round the next afternoon to drop it back off to us. We waited and waited but they never turned up. I tried to contact them again twice now since but they have just ignored us. My daughter is very upset that they stole her toys. ”
