I do not charge a call out fee however I will charge from the moment I arrive and the first hour will be £50
"Upstairs bathroom sink needs a new tap fitting. I have the tap already but nut seems rounded off so hard to remove. Hot tap of same sink also drips a bit from diy fitting so needs rectifying"
