Usually  on the basis of a fixed price diagnostic charge which in many cases just £84 !

If the repair is very simple and does not involve parts it will be included within the diagnostic fee.

Obviously any parts required will be extra !

We can give a budgetary price over the phone.

Because of the difficulty of answering phones when driving etc.  it is often better to send a text message first.

As it can be some while before listening to voice messages do not leave these for anything  which needs urgent attention.
