https://www.thegazette.co.uk/notice/3156887 This builder is being taken to court as he doesn't pay his staff - doesn't pay his trades bills and I had a nightmare getting him to finish the work he took on for me. The worst 22 weeks of my life. 18 months later I am getting people back in to go over his shoddy work! Do NOT take him into your home. You have been warned.

Karl Dalton is a most untrustworthy tradesman. He talks reassuringly and smiles to gain your trust but he is dishonest and lazy. He cuts corners, he is messy and does not clean up. His work is of poor quality. He does not pay his suppliers on time or not at all (SELCO TRADE CENTRES) and has recently been declared bankrupt. The gazette listing of his bankruptcy order can be found using the link below. https://www.thegazette.co.uk/notice/3156887

Avoid at all cost, he will happily take your deposit with no intention of finishing the job. We are now taking court action to recover our money
