“So not clear on price. I was first charged £180 which dropped to £160. This was on top of a £40 cash call out charge. The £160 included one and a half hours labour, a thermostat which when googled cost about £7, a pan connector and 2 screws. As example when asked to itemize they charged £40 to screw the downstairs toilet to the floor. It took 5 minutes. So where does the £40 perhour fit in. This was during the day on a week day so not weekend or out of hours. ”
